1. Project Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your project, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- During discovery phase (0-25% complete): 75% refund
- During development phase (26-75% complete): 50% refund
- During final phase (76-100% complete): No refund available
2. Service Issues
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- We fail to deliver the project within 30 days of the agreed deadline without valid reason
- The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed specifications
- We breach the terms of our service agreement
- Technical issues on our end prevent project completion
3. Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our work. If the delivered project has significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through our standard revision process, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project completion
- Failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner
- Requests for features not included in the original project scope
- Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, licenses, etc.)
- Projects completed according to specifications, even if results don't meet expectations
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
Refund Process

- Include your project details and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
- Submit the request within 30 days of project completion or issue occurrence
2. Review Process
We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision. If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
