1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sparkedev services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Sparkedev provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom web application development
  • Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
  • Website design and development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Digital consultation services
  • Maintenance and support services

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will have a defined scope of work as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any changes to the scope will require written agreement and may result in additional charges.

3.2 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided and assume timely client feedback and approval. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

3.3 Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at our hourly rate.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Projects require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in the contract.

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project suspension and/or late fees. Projects will not be delivered or launched until payment is received in full.

4.3 Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials provided to Sparkedev. By providing content, clients grant Sparkedev a license to use such materials for the project.

5.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Sparkedev retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary code.

6. Support and Maintenance

Support periods are defined in each package and begin after project delivery. Support includes bug fixes and technical assistance but does not include new feature development or design changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sparkedev's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Sparkedev agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by clients during the course of our business relationship.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

Sparkedev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
